Let's examine the suspects...
There's so many theories going around. I've been told one thing by a reliable source and then told another by another reliable source. This is pretty insane and at this point, I don't think anybody really knows who it is, aside from the fighters themselves. Here's a summary of who's the most likely to be eliminated and proof of why
Jeremy May - The guy who's been shown in such a bad light this season, who had been looking to provoke Jesse into getting himself kicked off the show, may have almost gotten what he wanted if Jesse was the one who kicked out the limo's window. I can't see Dana kicking Jesse off for that, but I could see him getting pissed off at Jeremy and telling him to GTFO for instigating shit. CB supports this theory in his blog where he said Jeremy gets his face kicked in. Well, we didn't exactly see that when Jesse tried to attack him the first time, so maybe he was mistakingly referring to the limo incident where Jeremy may have actually gotten his face kicked in by Jesse. However, I don't see why he would do this at this point. Plus, every fighters blog mentions that this incident was very sad and unfortunate. I don't think they would have this feeling if it was May who got kicked off. If it was him they would've said good riddance.
Jesse Taylor - An out of control hot head when he's drunk, Jesse is the most likely suspect to be the one to have kicked out the limo window after a night of drinking. The most obvious choice and the guy who's the main victim of the rumors. A court case involving a Jesse Taylor after the filming of the show may have something to do with it, though there's no limo company listed, there's plenty of Jesse Taylors in Vegas and why would he even be in Vegas after the filming? Another thing that supports this is that we know Tim Credeur has to fight again in a match where he breaks his arm. If Jesse is kicked off, it's very likely that Tim fights the loser of Amir/CB for the spot in the final. mmajunkie's list of TUF finale fighters also doesn't list Jesse. Jesse's website and myspace also don't mention anything about the UFC. Plus his blog stops at episode 9.
CB Dolloway - He's a suspect because many people think that the guy leaving the limo in the security footage looks like him. It's difficult to tell. He's the right skin color, but I don't know about his body type. It might be that CB wins his fight against Amir, is kicked off, and Tim comes back to fight Amir for the spot. The rumor is that CB had been leaving the house in the middle of the night all throughout the show. That qualifies as the "ultimate sin" that Dana mentions. We've known from previous seasons that Dana's #1 request is that nobody leaves the house without permission. I don't know why he would do that, other than family/gf/kid problems, or maybe he was a drug addict who needed to get his fix. Of all the fighters on the show, him being kicked off would be the most tragic, which seems to be what most of the bloggers feel of the incident. CB, author of the most popular TUF blog this season, strangely did not write anything about the incident on his blog. So if it's him though, why would the TUF hype him up so much?
Based on the evidence, my logical pick is CB. I don't think he was able to handle being in the house all of the time and found a way to sneak out. I think the UFC is actually going to have him back anyway because he's too popular of a fighter and they painted him in such a good light to get the audience to sympathize with him.
