Randleman "controlled" him for a large portion of the fight. It was a major stalemate but what Randleman went with was successful, where as Kawamura's sub attempts were insignificant.

I know they do, on damage inflicted, controlling the fight, and sub attempts.

I think Kawamura threw a total of three punches and two leg kicks the entire first round and didn't land a single punch.

Randleman wasn't overly aggressive either, but like oaktree said, he controlled Kawamura for large portions of the fight, and deserved the UD victory.

Are you Japanese?

Watch the fight again, Kawamura doesn't land a single significant shot in the entire fight.

Randleman controlled Kawamura on the ground, based on the scoring system Randleman had to win the fight, because Kawamura did nothing.

It wasn't even a split decision win, it was a UD win so how did Kawamura win the fight, what did he do?

Randleman deserved the victory. Wasn't that great of a performance from him but it was nice to finally see him get a W. He controlled his opponent, had barely any punches thrown land on him and even though his striking was not plentiful, he did connect with what he threw more than the other guy pretty much.

what the fuck do you care where im from

and, give me a break Kevin backpedalled the entire fight and Kawamura was chasing him and show intent for a sub on the ground and agression on the stand up

Your use of English suggests it isn't your primary language, and if you're Japanese you could be biased towards Kawamura.

The judges score for damage inflicted not damage trying to inflict. Kawamura didn't come close with a single sub attempt, give me a break.
