Filho said on tatame that he once fought with a broken hand. He said this time it was not possible to fight, he could not even walk. At leasts thats what he has said.

And yes, keyboard warriors talking about heart. LOL. Most of the Sherdoggers probably have heart problems due to too much body fat...
