Icon4 Judge scores a fight 30-23?

Okay, I'm lookin at results from Morgan - Petz, and it says one of the judges scored the fight 30-23 (others scored 30-26 and 30-27). Damn, obviously I haven't seen the fight, but I can't recall anyone scoring as low as a 23. Maybe my memory sucks, but does that seems odd to anyone else? Sam must have sucked shit for all three rounds, damn!

I just came to the spoiler forum to see if anyone was discussing this yet..

10-7, 10-8, 10-8 presumably!?!

I would love to see what a 10-7 round looks like. I have always wondered why it is a ten-point must instead of just a 2-point must, since I had never seen a 10-7 round scored (or, at least, I have never paid enough attention to recognize one). Follow that with a couple of 10-8 rounds and you'd expect Sam to be dead.

that's what I'm guessing, but I can't recall a 10-7 round either. I'm sure it's happened somwhere. it must have been painful to watch, you don't get a 10-8 by just laying on someone w/o inflicting damage.

"...Forrest Petz wins by unanimous decision (30-26, 30-23 and 30-27)."

How can 1 judge score a fight a 23 which would mean he is getting DOMINATED, when another judge rules it a 27 which mean he is clearly losing but not getting dominated?

that kinda what I'm wondering, we probably won't see the fight for months so I really hope someone that saw the fight comes on here and explains it to us.

Hopefully this means less Sammy Morgan, Kristian Rothermels, and other crappy TUF fighters.
