Here is what I believe: Before this TUF season aired, Dana had it edited to show some of JT's other antics while in the house. If you recall most of this season shows JT doing alot of disgracing things(ie. Urinating on himself). All this lets the UFC get rid of him, without any real bad press. The fact that they show Forest snickering/shaking his head & Rampage looking shocked are not "clues", rather common reactions.(Think about what you did the first time you saw it.) Dana thinks he smarter then everyone else, when it comes to business, so he decided to leave "clues" all season, leading up to a startling finale. It was all a game of mental chess, played by Dana. It worked because we are all talking about it. Good play Dana. (Using common sense to fool the common man works every time...)
Then again, I could be wrong... (Boy-won't I look like a total prat if I am;)

You decide who it is. Apparently from another post the incident happens during the coach's challenge episode, and the footage is not brought to light until later.

Anyhow CB could have just been in the Limo and the perp is someone else inside.. but that blurred image sure looks like CB. Same color pants, shoes and shirt.

Ehhh It's not CB. MMAjunkie and Dana both love him. Dana would just look the other way with him I'm sure. They certainly have given us all the signs and pretty much Jesse is gone. He"s a hell of a fighter much better skills that the farmboy from the previous season.
CB is the goldenboy type and he wouldn't be hosting all these blogs and bar crap if he'd been kicked off. Hey, I don't see Jesse doing anything worse than Sean Sherk who tested positive for roids. Probably be in the UFC before too long.
