dont count Fitch out
apparently he gets the better of Kos in training and not to mention GSP took Kos by surprise with his wrestling. So firstly i would say Kos would give GSP an even closer fight now and secondly Fitch is supposedly better again. GSP will be expecting this though.

Really hard to say what will happen, though the odds and history of performance point to GSP being victorious.
Fitch's biggest advantage over GSP will probably lie in the fact that he's taller than GSP (not sure about wider), and probably has a longer reach advantage and might even be stronger. GSP hasn't really fought anybody bigger/taller than him for a long time, so this might be a good test.
But GSP has such a large arsenal of skills, I mean the guy trains Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and BJJ all with different coaches specialized in those areas. On top of that he's a karate black belt, and he has Greg Jackson to help him devise a strategic game plan. This makes it much easier for him, if Jon fitch ends up doing something different from what he expected, he can still react on the spot since he trains for everything.
Jon on the other hand, really might not know what to prepare for GSP, since GSP can do so much. Wrestling is probrably his main focus, but still, it would be very difficult for him to be able to outclass GSP in this department. Striking and BJJ hands down goes to GSP.
So Fitch's major advantage will be his larger size and possibly being stronger than GSP.
If both show up 100% that night, GSP should be able to pull out a victory.

its been mentioned, but the kos/gsp fight was closer than everyone realizes. the entire fight was a near-stalemate. and i give the first round to kos
kos was not dominated in any way. no more than fitch "dominated" wilson (he didnt). at the end of round 1, kos switched out of the bottom position, and took gsp down. the gnp he layed down was the most damage that fight. next round truly was a stalemate, i think the only thing keeping it from being stood up, were gsp's failed kimura attempts, and the fact that he would get side control... however, kos' defense was just too good. i dont think gsp was just gunshy, i think he really couldnt hurt josh
that's the reason i think fitch will do so well this fight
