Just because Kawajiri wouldn't strike with him isn't a reason to detract what Kawajiri actually did in the fight. Mamba was constatly defending, didn't really land anything significant on the feet, was taken down multiple times, Kawajiri controlled position, had Gills back, had north south and side, put on solid submission attempts (RNC and arm triangle). Mamba was simply just defending pretty much. __________________

Kawajiri was the rightful winner, it wasn't the greatest performance but I couldn't understand how anyone thought he was just going to pound Gill out like that. Gill's length prevented that from happening.

Mamba is a tough fight, you cant blame Kawajiri for not looking good, not many do against Mamba

Well you have to take kawajiri's sub attempts into consideration. That's why he took the descision.
Black mamba's stand up was very good. His leg kicks literally spun the crusher around.
