I never saw any foreigner do post whoring ... it seems to be a american speciality ... and it happen all the time at any forum or thread at OT NT ...
If this forum does not count post it will be just a great stupity because noone is doing this ... the brazilian thread is the biggest thread and if you look at the post count of all members you will see that all members are OK ...

I can tell you that in the beggining of the for brazilians thread there was some postwhoring, I won´t lie about that, but now we took care of our own postwhores and I don´t think this no post counting deal is fare.
I don´t know how it works on the other threads, but on the brazilian one we talk about vale-tudo all the time, I post news on mma every day to keep the thread going.
What I think you should do is get new mods that speek the main mma languages and let them moderate these forums.
