It means "I like penis"

Don't get a tatoo in a language you don't understand. You'll be as "cool" as those guys with Chinese characters on them.

2. "versuchen sie nicht" and "nicht versuchen" forget these two. The first one isn´t correct and the second is something like ... seems gay.

3. You could use the imperative: "Versuchs nicht!" is the shorter more aggressive form of "versuchen sie es nicht!"
or "Wags nicht!" (Don´t dare it) is the same of "wagen sie es nicht!" But wag in english isn´t the best choice.

4. Don´t get a tattoo #2, because it will not look dangerous until you write it in Schwabacher or Fraktur letters and then you will have to shave your head too.

5. Perhaps write "Dr. Schmerz" (Dr. Pain) on your chest, this would be really cool.
