Tommy gjorde det ikke så verst helle da med tanke på hvor bra motstanderen var.
Håper han får et par fighter til der.
Tror han kan gjøre det greit mot mindre erfarne motstandere.

Blir det mange fra Valhall/Sandaker som skal delta på GON da, Simeon?

UWC 6 TO BE RECORDED BY SKY TV

We are pleased to announce that UWC VI will be recorded by SKY TV in order to be screened on SKY in the coming weeks. We will also have colleagues from the USA with a view to selecting a fighter to compete in the USA in April for a vacant world title. Faen jeg må få prøvd meg i amatørMMA før jeg blir for gammel!

Må få litt halvt dugelig standup først, en så er det all-in!

Så lenge man har en ok guard stående og godt blikk for takedowns så trenger du ikke allverdens stående game, det hjelper så klart veldig mye men, det viktigste er å få kampen dit du er sterkest fortest mulig og ikke la dem komme seg vekk derifra....

Lander jeg på topp så duger jeg ganske greit.

Er ikke så bra på noGinedtagninger.
Stikker 3 måneder til Brasil til sommeren for å trene meg opp til ADCC kvaliken. Håper det forbedrer seg litt da.
