Brasilian Hip-Hop

Anybody know of any good, dark, hardcore, Brazilian Hip-Hop?

I'm looking for music that sounds similar to what Vitor Belfort usually comes out too.

I need some new training music, that will get us pumped without breaking theme. The capoeira guys aren't always here to play, and it would be nice to switch it up with something a little heavier, lol

Panico na TV is kind of funny though it get's too silly sometimes. Novela's is what the majority of the population watch on open channel. They also play some old movies. Most of the payed channels have the good stuff and most of it is American. Panico na TV is probably the only Brazilian show that is worth watching in my opinion.

there are different kinds of funk like this one which I dont like too much
YouTube - abre as perna e relaxa

gringao has a good list. I wouldn't consider o rappa to be hip-hop but I like their music anyway because I like music with some content (not songs about 'opening your legs and relaxing' :X )..they do have some songs that I guess could be hip-hop like Vapor Barato, and a lot of 'stoner music' like most of the album Rappa Mundi, and music with messages dealing with injustice and politics like the album Lado B Lado A. Yeah.. I like O Rappa : )

I like the music of Marcelo D2 but the words are a little 'too stoner-y' (?) for me. Since I don't smoke I can't really relate... catchy beats though! Desabafo got really popular
YouTube - Marcelo D2 - Desabafo - Best lyrics

Here are more
YouTube - Seu Jorge - Carolina
YouTube - Jorge Ben Jor - Take It Easy My Brother Charles
YouTube - Alceu Valença - Anunciação (com legenda)
