#1 - This belongs in P&M, not the HWs.
#2, As already stated, though, you shouldn't be doing any full-out fighting, going for KOs, unless it's in a refereed match in a cage/ring. Sparring at home is one thing, if both know what they're doing and aren't trying to hurt the other. There's a reason that there's doctors/nurses at MMA/boxing/KB matches.
