I PM'd Hegstrand earlier on, about 3 hours ago, and he's had plenty of time to make objections. I know for a fact he was online at least once during that time.
Here are the facts:
1) L Vokal was late with his picks
2) L Vokal has never before taken part in an SPC, and is therefor unaware of timelimits - especially as Irishmans thread said 1AM - but didn't specify which timezone - hell, it could have been irish-time for all Vokal knew
3) L Vokal did get his picks in on-time, for where he is. It was also before the Tale-of-the-Tap went up. Therefor he couldn't gain an advantage
4) TomTheMonster isn't even competing in SPC this week, and doesn't have picks across there. Vokal had no opportunity to cheat.
I made all this clear to Hegstand earlier in the evening, and allowed him to make a response. He hasn't.
Given that Vokal was unaware that SPC time was 1AM EST (as Irishman didn't include this bit in the rules thread) he did get his picks in ontime, and also had no opportunity to cheat. I have decided to reinstate L Vokal to the competition.
Hegstrand has had ample time to bring up any further concerns. The evidence is there above, as confirmed with Irishman, who I trust with this stuff entirely.
After discussing and clarifying the evidence with Irishman, it has been decided
