So I saw the Rogan: Fat thread...and didn't really notice that about Joe.

But, what I did see, was that Fabricio looked fatter than I've ever seen him.

Anyone else notice that about Werdum (Vera didn't look great either to be honest)?

So what, Werdum doesnt do weight training, he just bulked up by eating more. Like Ninja bulked for Sergei fight, or Shogun against Coleman.

He cant do weights cos everytime he grips hold of a barball he automatically takes it 2 the ground and gets in a triangle

Who cares about a little extra cushion.

Everyone carries weight differently and is comfortable with their cardio at that weight.

No matter how much I work out, run, eat low carbs.... I always am a little soft around the waist.

Fedor has the look I'm goin after.

vera is a lazy LHW who doesnt want to drop cause he wont be able to get into the top 10. Werdum i dont think he will be able to drop to 205 so best to eat some extra.
