I always look forward to a new radioshow when I get home from work so I can listen on my iPod while I go for a run, but it seems they either dont put it on itunes till days later or dont do a show at all.

I have no one to blame but TJ. I used to like him, now with all his pathetic little sound bites, which he seems to think are funny after 300 attempts and the sheer lack of shows, which to all seem to enjoy. Its doing nothing but lose listenership and making the site look shitty and lazy.. Like I said in an earlier post (I offered my services to sherdog, but of course, not even a returned response) If this was ANY other company with full time employess. I would be fired. For incompetency. I agree with the poster above. Its a shambles...

C'mon guys I get bummed out when there is no show, but cut TJ some slack if it was'nt for him there would be no radio to begin with and the "fire TJ" remarks are totally uncalled for, this is obviously his livelihood and sometimes shit happens.. Im sure TJ is well aware of the issues and is just as if not more frustrated when the show does'nt come on air due to whatever issue.

I dont want TJ Fired. Not at all. I just think he has it VERY easy to be a full time Sherdog Employee. IF it was your full time job and you had a pretty low success rate of actually getting a show on air. You would be in for some disciplinary action right?

I like TJ. I always say it. I just get tetchy without my Radio station and the lack of any answer as to why we dont have a show, Maybe the WEC is below them? who knows?

The partially uploaded archived shows that routinely cut off several minutes before they're supposed to, the sub 70% success rate over the last month of actually getting shows on the air and the complete lack of explanation as to why this is happening. Not good. Not good at all.
