for 4$ a mnd if you sign up for 1year is not that bad. the key word here is that you support sherdog. look at all they give us for free. i've been on sherdog for a few year now without been a insider, then i tought what a heck whats realy 4-5$ a mnd? and i must say its refreshing to not keep a track on the clock not to miss the latest radioshow. and the insider designed (white) looks great i think ;)

the thing i love about this site is that its free. and they give us a daily dose of mma =)

ahahaha...Miller is awesome. I've always liked Trigg and I'm glad he's getting some more respet after his last two impressive wins, but Mayhem made me a fan of his after that fight too. He's always been an entertaining fighter to watch, but that fight showed some serious heart and he's been gracious in defeat (he did look 'off' though, for sure).

Rogan could also learn a thing or two from Mayhem on how to reply to jerk-offs who try to be smart... instead of resorting to lame name-calling (which everyone around here seems to think it makes Rogan a brilliant comedian, lol).
