Maybe I should be emailing this to Josh and TJ but whatever...

On Wednesdays Beatdown I felt Josh and TJ threw nothing but softballs at Keith Kizer. Josh didn't even bring up some of the best points until Kizer was off the phone, safe from a real grilling.

Sherdog staff are just about the only media watchdogs MMA has, aside from MMAWeekly and Meltzer, this was a chance to expose a hypocritical and entirely hunch based judgement by the NSAC, instead Kizer got off the hook and wasn't challenged at all.

Right on!! I watched the fight live and all the replays after and I never even thought of calling that an illegal punch till some "fans" on here started claiming it to be illegal. WTF??!! face it, GSP was OWNED...and I am a fan of the guy. But that fleury from Serra was sweet!

5) Greg, stop referring to the fighters as "that kid", or Tim Sylvia as "Timmy". It just doesn't sound right coming from you

4) We need a banter meter..especially at the beginning. When the audience notices the banter going beyond acceptable level, we need to call a code red and get you guys back on relevant topics

3) Greg, watch out for that high pitch in your voice when you get excited. It nearly made me go deaf in my left ear the other day.

2) Watch out for the "fer sure" infinite loop. Too often you Jeff will say "fer sure" followed by Greg saying "fer sure"..you get the picture

and the number 1 change needed

1) we hear Jeff mouth breathing way too much (especially on the inhale). I just have this image of Jeff doing the whole show with his mouth half open. Please teach him to use his nostrils for breathing.

I did used to like to listen to the MP3 the next morning on the train ride in to work...the live shows are a little slower and a little too long for my taste. I long for the old days.
