I've seen this before on here - some people where comparing pictures of Sherk when he was fighting at the higher weight etc it all got a bit silly in the end.

To me, he doesn't look much different - incredibly physique of course but he works for it.

Massive amounts of growth hormone causes signs of a giantism, which looks alot different than just having a big jaw. It is possible to have a heavy looking jaw and head naturally, hell I went to school with plenty of guys like that.

Too much HGH makes you look deformed, like Antonio Silva. Thats why it's so stupid when people talk about Randy's jaw etc getting bigger, because giantism completely changes the way you look. It doesn't just make you look like a comic book character.
