Mir will be a better coach due to the fact that he speaks english and most likley everyone on tuf 9 will speak only english. Its tuff to coach someone that doesnt understand you.

His English is pretty good. He spent a few years in Florida after getting a college scholarship to compete in judo. I had the luck to take part in a BTT training camp a few years back and at no time did I struggle to understand him.
I think Nog has a lot to offer in terms of his approach to training. There was a time when he was part of the arguably the best training group in the world.

Nog was run by a truck and was in coma for some days + his eye is pretty fucked, so Mir and him are equally matched in that aspect
