I train 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening sometimes 3 (both sessions) but this close to a fight I cut it down to the strictly 2 hour sessions ...

thats 4 hours in a day I take a 3 hour nap in the early afternoon and then get 8 hours of sleep at night

4+8+3 =15

there's 24 hours in a day everyday

24-15=9

thats quite a bit of free time especially if I skip my afternoon nap which happens quite often

Should've picked up the 360. I'm telling you... you can forget those afternoon naps after you try Xbox Live.

It's a mixture of skitzophrenia and religion.

Listen to him in his interviews. Take a good look at his new tattoo.

Don't get me wrong... it's horrible. But I really think this is what is happening to the guy.

Delving too deep into that religious crap can affect you mentally. It's a part of Manic Depression. Very closely related.

One of the main reasons why I simply don't believe in God or follow ANY religion. There's plenty more reasons out there too.

I just read and found out that rampage ran red lights and hopped on the sidewalk with his "monster truck" this means he risked innocent lives. He risked killing innocent people for no reason other than the fact that he didn't want to get pulled over and man up to his actions. He is willing to kill you, your kids, and your friends just to escape a little punishment for his OWN ACTIONS. I hope to never ever see an attempted murderer in the UFC. That kind of behavior is sick and disgusting and I hope they take his monster truck away and make him get in a tiny car that way he won't feel compelled to kill innocent children in the future. He will think twice if hes in a car rather than in a unstoppable tank.
