Depression and anxiety does go hand in hand, I know this because I have both and have been told by doctors that with one you usually get both. I have family and friends that suffer from dpression, anxiety, bi-polar, and etc. and it sounds like to me Quinton Jackson probably is bi-polar or something close to that and needs some good medical treatment.

yeah, he looked like he has a bit of fever also, and a slight rash on the back of his left hand. i too think he needs some good medical treatment

no hard feelings jake....no worries. i respect that you fight and train...but so do i...if i slip up my guys or myself could get blown the fuck up and die. the worst that will happen to you is some minor injuries.

but like i said...if i were not fighting our enemies i'd be fighting in a cage...i envy you...thats the truth and thats why i'm a big fan of mma....good luck in your career and training.

It is not difficult to do 5 minute mile runs if you are in shape and especially a Pro fighter.
