depends on hown reckless he was. There can be enhancements applied before trial. Rampage was litterally on a "RAMPAGE" and he did it w/o care or concern. all of this will be taken into consideration.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I am sure there was no doubt who it was. The cops probably bet illegally on the fight two weeks before. Rampage who could snap their necks at anytime was behaving erratically, which was evidenced by his "RAMPAGE" through the city. Obviously not being in his normal mental state..The question is....WOULD you not be worried that a man versed in close combat would wig out and physically beat you with your own limbs? Secondly-Why rush to judgement? He may be Bi-Polar. He may be off his meds. He may need to be on meds. Maybe he has taken too many shots to the leg, I mean head. This isn't the Rampage that we have seen as evidenced in his interview the day before the incident. I don't think he should be condemned for making a mistake, until the FACTS are out. Everything else is purely speculative at this time.

just to add: cops ALWAYS pull weapons after a chase. you can't anticipate the mind set of a person that crashes into several cars continues driving, crashes into another, tries to keep going, etc.....no matter what race he is.

Leben did time because I believe he went to Hawaii to train and missed a bunch of court dates.

As long as no one was hurt, or he wasn't on drugs or booze....
