If Rampage has absolutely zero record and nobody was seriously injured in the accident he would have a small chance of avoiding prision/jail time in Illinois and an OK shot at avoiding any significant time, however I have no idea what CA is like.

Just giving IL as an example because I'm familiar with the system and want to know if anyone has an idea if he has a record and what he's looking at in CA
