Even without DUI related charges tacked on he's still in some major trouble. Hit and Run (3x), reckless operation of a motor vehicle, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest etc. Considering I do believe he already has a criminal record they could potentially throw the book at him. Multiple years potentially.
