Happened today 7/15/08 at approx 1:45pm in Newport Beach Peninsula infront of 19th and Balboa!
His front left tire and rim were completely gone so I'm guesing he was intoxicated and hit something but continued driving till the po-po got'em!

TS is right. The driver's side front tire is totally missing and his truck is sitting on the rim. Looks pretty real to me.
