This is true but i had it happen to me. I posted some pics of a well known business man getting arested by me and posted them up on a website. Later saw them online and it was impossible to try to fight it...

Looks to me like the cops are looking for something or someone else in the truck. You can see Rampage laying on the groundcuffed, yet the cops still have their guns drawn while creeping on the side of the truck.

Hopefully Rampage is not who they were after and he'll get a small penalty.
