Pride is the only "HW" - UFC should move to "Contenders" category on this forum!

C'Mon guys....

You actually think an organazation like the UFC, who can only get 10,000 people to show up to its biggest show in history...actually should be considered a "Heavyweight" like Pride is..?

Please!......Pride FC's biggest event so far, has reached a total of 97,000 people AT ONE EVENT! I dont know if the UFC should be in the same category as Pride...?

I would like to make a request to the Mods, Please put the UFC discussions into the "contenders" category where it belongs

.....and that way all the un-biased, True MMA fans can discuss where the big boys play...PRIDE FC! Ya baby.....!

Now people - dont start to complain and post remarks about Hughes.....I know Hughes is good, but he's in a division (170lbs) that Pride doesn't even Honor! This is another clear point of eveidence, that he cant hak it in the 185, or make weight at 145...thats not my fault!

When I want to really talk about truely the best fighters in the world.....(especially the so-called HW's...) everybody knows that the UFC is by no means a HW....and is lucky to be called a "contender!"

Pride continually has 5 - 10 times the amount of people that show up for the UFC events.....and no wonder why...Dana White and everybody else over at the UFC is way too much of a Pussy, to get real talent to come to fight in the UFC!
Dana White has figured out a way to always have who he wants to be the champion, and that way he doesnt have to PAY the Big Dollars, that a real Contender deserves and demands!

I have spoken with several MMA fighters, and they all say the same thing...the TUF show is a way to have crappy fighters fight other crappier fighters, and that way its builds up there record, and we supposedly want to see them fight again!

A perfect example of this, is what happened to Chris Leben .....Silva knocked him out so quick, that Chris L should have recieved 2 losses on his record for that fight!
I mean Chris was 15-1 and Silva was 15-4 at the time of their fight and Silva went thru him like a hot knife thru butter!

Its just 1 example of how your record all depends on where you fight...because if its the UFC....your not with the big boys, your with DANA....

I said it before, Pride and UFC should be seperated, but the mods wont do that.

Great topic for disscussion kudos to you on an original idea I commend you are your excelent thread. Has to be best thread ever. You are the man , gosh I envy thead starters like you. Finally a thread that hasn't been done to death. Hooray for you. You're one of a kind, true genious.
