First of all, you have no evidence, links or sources of any kind that support this 25K to any family of suicide bombers that attack Israel (which is btw, a country that might be an ally of our government, but definitely not an ally of the american people) bullsh*t your going on about.
Second of all, even if, by some very long shot, your correct about the 25k to suicide bombers family thing, I guarantee you that Bush admin. never knew about or mentioned it pre-invasion. Mind you, this is an important chronological fact because it highlights what little we had against the Iraq government to justify our illegal invasion.
Third, NO, we are not fighting a war with North Korea. We just have our troops stationed between the borders of North and South Korea. The same way we have our troops stationed in Germany, Japan, Italy, etc.
Lastly, NO biological weapons were found in Iraq after the invasion and to this date not a trace of WoMD has been uncovered. And before you go on about some bullsh*t like "but they used it before, they will use it again... etc.", we are not in the f*cken business of taking out countries who will be potential threats to us just based on the fact that they have a little bit of the technology that we ourselves already possess in massive amounts (chemical weapons, nuclear weapons, all kinds of WoMD, you name it, we have it.)
If that was the case and like I mentioned before, we should also go kick some serious ass in Sudan, Iran, Burma, half the middle-eastern countries, etc.
