On the other hand it combines a hefty does of racism, disregard for human life and obscene gestures so I gotta go with at least a 3/10 on the troll-scale.
It is however, an excellent demonstration of the kind of person that typically supports Bush.

Martial arts in general attract a certian type. Just a few short years ago most martial arts was associated with "asianess" and so attracted lots of asiaphiles, nerds and intellectuals. Competitive sportsmen generally found other outlest. (I'm generalizing here)
I think that the MA community is still more liberal than not. But I would add this. I do think that wrestlers are more likely to be conservitive.
So I would think that peple who start in TMA, BJJ or Muay Thai are (generally) going ot be more liberal, but those that started in wrestling and perhaps to a lesser extent boxing, would be more conservative.
Ie. MMA (and martial arts in general) is a liberal community with a recent influx of (wrestling) conservatives.
Of course there are liberal wrestlers and conservative tai chi practitioners, but I'm speaking to trends.
