He did, but gave it up. I'm think about changing the rule so that the champion can choose his challenger from all of those that have challenged, instead of just taking the one with the best percentage, purely because that makes it possible that a poster can just coast along and not bet much, and keep an excellent record so they can challenge whenever possible, and that's not something I will encourage at all. It may give the champion an extra advantage, but normally, unless under circumstance like these, picks given to the challenger have been very fair, thus that doesn't really matter.
Oh, and he's pretty much fucked with those picks, well done shogs

I'm going to lay it all out on the line for the next PPV, give you guys some time to think on it. I'm picking Georges St. Pierre and Ill make it a soul bet.

Wow, you really are laying it all on the line there, GSP's only a -450/-500 favourite this time.

Heh, I don't think that it's really fair to say that Serra won by a fluke. I would've bet everything on GSP anyways, this is a nice and compact way of doing it, plus adding a few nice features.

If people actually did coast during their three month period, I could see thinking about making that change. However, nobody has ever done that and there is no reason to change the rules. I understand you are frustrated because you haven't been able to challenge in a long time, but leaving the choice of challengers to the champ isn't fair to those who aren't well liked by others.
Yes, I just defended CAN, but what's right is right. There's no reason to change the rules in favor of the more popular bettors. You either earn the shot or you don't. There's always SPC if you want a better shot at being a contender.

The only person coasting through would be CAN. I dont think he bets much, but he challenges every 3 months. I rarely see his record move at all.

It's not about me being able to challenge, it's about exactly what I said. I understand your concerns about bettor popularity, however I can't imagine it becoming much of a problem. It was just a thought anyway.
