I'm apprehensive. They're saying it was an awesome match, but they said that about HBK vs. Flair and that match was awful beyond awful. I dunno, I'll probably catch it during the week.

What the hell was up with the Tag Title match being put on the preshow and the Mysterio/JBL match being only 21 seconds?

My only guess is they thought better to extend Michaels-Undertaker and allow more time for HHH-Orton as the main event.
It probably wouldn't be dead if this Wrestlemania wasn't arguably the weakest line up they've ever had.

I also thought Hardy-Hardy was good.

9 years ago they shined in those garbage matches. This year its like they were just going through the motions to me. It was like watching them get old IMO.

You watched it? I thought you weren't watching yet? I dunno, I never saw their old program vs. one another, but I heard it was bad, and this one was pretty good to me, and wasn't totally dependent on spots. I thought the only GLARING weakness was Matt's aility to work the crowd as a heel. I thought the finish was creative and brutal-looking.

I was going on back and forth between it and WEC (no Eastbound & Down on Sunday night saddens me), and I saw them doing some creative stuff.
I wasn't neccessarily comparing it to their terrible and thankfully brief program way back when, but in general comparison to them in their prime from 99-01 as a tag team when they almost exclusively wrestled these garbage matches.
I think they tried to tell more of a story in this one, but Jeff has no ability as a story teller and as you pointed out Matt seems like he forgot how to work a crowd as a heel.
Rnc what are you babbling about unprovoked?
