In a nutshell Ken called out HHH and Cena as guys who are only in the business for themselves and trying to protect their own spot. He said Vince has become a irrational person to deal with including tell Ken his first promo on Raw in 2007 was the worst one ever, and then he talked about how Orton backstabbed him when he thought they were friends and got him fired. But he did give guys like Undertaker, Benoit, Rey, Finlay, Matt Hardy, and Booker T credit as guys who actually care about the younger guys progess and are willing to help you out. Which is why the younger talent like working for Smackdown over RAW.

There's the roof, so you don't have to worry about the rain, and WWE can probably attract 100,000+ people to the event, can you imagine a Summerfest with over 100,000 people?
I think you mean the 1992 summerfest not the 2002 summerfest

Why do I get the impression this conversation is heading rapidly towards Ken Kennedy?!

"That motherfucker... he's a dead man walking. I told VPW that if they get him on their show, I'll not only work for free but I'll fly myself in too. If I ever see him again, I'm going to jail, that's all there is to it."

So is it true then that he was instrumental in having you released from your WWE contract?

"No, that's not why I got released. He didn't have any clout, he's was a backstage joke. I left months after that whole deal with pills but when he turned me in for doing something he gave me permission to do, he broke the rules and threw me under the bus. You don't do that to one of the boys, tell them that something is ok and then turn on them the moment that it looks like you might get heat for it. If that happens, you take it like a man and own up to what you did wrong. I guess he had done so many stupid things in the year before that he figured he couldn't afford to do anything else wrong. Didn't make any difference in the end, he only lasted a couple more months before they realised how sloppy and boring he is and got rid of his whining ass."

If not Kennedy's doing, why did you get released?

"Johnny Ace and I talked about it and I said I wasn't happy continuing if I was just going to be used as a job guy. When you're always putting some other guy over, you don't get any programs, you don't get to work pay per views and you don't get to make the money. I felt they could have been using me much better, building to something with other guys and letting them learn from me over a period of time rather than just having some green newcomer go out there, get a quick win over me and then move on without learning anything. It doesn't help anyone in the long run and sure didn't help me. I told Johnny that I'd stick around if they were prepared to get behind me and start using me in a more meaningful manner. Well, turns out that creative weren't, they had other priorities now, so I decided I'd be better off off-screen. The door is open though, there weren't any bridges burned."
also, hardy is apparently gone after summerfest, so it looks like punk will get another run. hopefully he is feuding with morrison this fall.

Yeah, I meant 20th, bit of a brain fart then.

Anyways... time for your favourite segment, the "Who Cares" News of the Day...

-One person in WWE said that the reason Mark Henry is wearing red tights now is because WWE thinks him in red would make him look “larger than life” because of how red comes across in HD.

WOW, the Sports Entertainment landscape forever changed, although, I did actually think "HEY KOOL AID!!!"

Just as well the wrestling industry's not the real world then. Anything can be forgiven if there's money to be made.

Yeah but Kennedy couldn't draw flies to a flea market.

True, but TNA won't care. Then Vince will take him back just to spite them, whilst doing nothing with him.

Shit, I KNOW TNA could succeed if they had someone behind the ship steering it straight. AJ, Joe, and Daniels should all be top guys in that hellhole by now, and Foley, Nash, Booker, Steiner, and a few others guys should be out of a job. I'm for Angle staying on board as he can still put on a good match, and would be a nice source of psychology to help the younger guys on the roster. It's too bad Cornette refuses to take the booking helm, and the same with Storm. If Cornette was booking it (with Storm helping him out), TNA would be worth a damn once more. Shit, they could ask Raven to do it. If they wish to have serious fucking stories and deep characters rather than "I'm generic babyface, I hate generic heel! We fight at PPV!!" then Raven could help out with that in big ways. While his ring work might not be as good as others, he has one of the best minds right now when it comes to psychology, angles, and developing characters. Too bad Dixie has no fucking idea what she's doing.
I'm curious why you'd say Booker is one of the guys that should be out of a job.

Booker isnt even in the main event scene in TNA, you cant tell me he isnt worth atleast his midcard spot. Booker has continually done the job in TNA and one of the few former WWE guys TNA's young stars praise in interviews.
