I don't know what that Pretty Ricky shit was about, but Punk's promo was awesome as were the Ziggler/Morrison and Rey/Jericho matches.

I really thought John Morrison would have a bigger role on Smackdown by now especially with the lack of strong faces.

Dos Caras Jr is in FCW now as just "Dos"(like the Conquistador?) and he jobbed to Kris Logan, whoever that is. I guess getting KOd by Crocop for $125,000 isnt looking too bad now.

Well, they might let the Big Show squash him...

Actually, I'm not a WWE fan per-say, but I do indeed respect Brock. He is playing the role of the heel perfectly. Now people are going to tune in and buy PPV's for the chance to see him get fucked up. Brock will reign supreme for sometime until the big babyface (either CroCop or the long shot Fedor) steps up and dethrones him. Wrestling has made money (and lots of it) off this basic concept, and MMA is like Wrestling's bastard child, so why shouldn't the UFC follow in the same path?
Damn with all the fighter bashing in here, the mods should be able to make easily 20 dubbs in the next few hours.
At the end of the day, they're two guys who dislike one another. People are bitching about WWE being brought to UFC, but it'd seem so fucking fake for these two to hug and/or shake hands after the build this fight got.
QFT
Really? Even worse than the sport nearly being killed off years ago due to Senator's labeling it "human cockfighting"? Or the loss of Evan Tanner? Seems like a stretch to me, but whatever.
Now this guy who is saying "so and so pro wrestler > so and so fighter" needs to just stop it. The only wrestler besides Lesnar who would have been a legit threat to MMA would have been Kurt Angle due to his amazing wrestling. Sadly, he waited way too long to show interest, and his neck was way too fucked up for him to get cleared by any commission (not to mention the fucking pain pills these days).
In summation, tonight Brock was the better man inside the Octagon. It doesn't matter that he didn't shake Mir's hand, because THAT act will setup the third fight, and fuel this rivalry. Mark my words, tonight in the press conference (or in an interview this week) Mir will say something about Brock "not showing any class" (after they punched each other in the fucking face, but whatever), and will say he wants a rematch. Mir will be given a fight in a couple of months, and if he wins he faces Brock in fight 3. This will get buys because even though all the people who say they'll "never buy a ppv with Brock on it again", they'll WANT to see him get his ass handed to him, and they'll hope that Mir can get the job done. Once again, a principle that has made Pro Wrestling (and now MMA) a shit-ton of money.
So go ahead, call me names, say I don't know shit, because I don't care what any of you say, Brock is the real fucking deal.

Why did you post this here? you were defending Lesnar not pro-wrestling.

You read spoilers to see if it's worth watching and then still end up watching most of the time? Those spoilers must look like a turd in a tuxedo.

I read Kurt Angle's recent comments on his acting career and I think he's destined to be a direct-to-DVD actor for the most part. He's never going to be like The Rock and chat it up on the major talk shows or major entertainment shows.

Like most guys, even fans, that do this, he'll look awkward and wooden. Possibly a little embarrassed too.
