Acknowledging Vader's stiffness only makes it more so.
zane is not right and neither are you.

read what he wrote:

'While admittedly stiff, he could work once calmed down as Ricky Steamboat pointed out, and is by many considered the best big man ever.'

he is touting his greatness in spite of his stiffness and even points out that he could work AFTER calming down. hypocritical would be touting his greatness due to stiffness after denouncing it.

If he's going to say anyone who throws stiff shots can't work, the statement is hypocritical. Those two statements don't work together, regardless of qualifiers.

he was talking about guys that only work stiff and you know that and his point aboud vader was that he didn't always work stiff. you keep pretending hes being hypocritical just because you don't like him.

Since when do I not like BB? We get along fine. I just disagree with his point about people working stiff not being good workers. I agree with his point that Vader was one of the greatest big men workers of all times, but I don't believe those two statements work together.

If Vader wasn't stiff I'd have thought him a shoe-in 2nd ballot HOFer in the singles class.

Funnily enough I haven't kept up with NJPW since forever and don't really feel the need to, because I didn't like the direction the company was headed in. Avatar is basically for historic reasons. Might check out a show sometime soon to see if its got any better though. Devitt vs Ibushi sounds actually pretty fun on paper. Depends which Ibushi shows up. I'm a mark for shooty Ibushi, but I hate flippy Ibushi. Guy is like fucking stylistically schizophrenic or something.

One of the most hate "bad guys" in wrestling, Waldo Von Erich (real name Wally Seiber) died last night at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener, Ontario.

I met Waldo many times and despite his actions in the ring he was a soft spoken gentleman each time we conversed.

He was 76 years old.

I have a call in to my Canadian correspondent and hope to have more details soon.

We offer our sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

Of course, he was the kayfabe brother of Fritz Von Erich. God bless.
