Just investing what he made in the 80s, he'd be worth a shitload today. And then, take into account, all the money he made in the nWo days and assumedly WCW gave him a big guaranteed contract with PPV revenue. Plus, he's constantly making money between the reality show, occassional appearances, and his american Gladiators gig. It would be nonsensical if he was worth only 11 mil.

No way he ever made a couple million for a Wrestlemania match. Before Floyd Mayweather, the highest paid appearance at a Wrestlemania was Mike Tyson at $2.25 million, followed by Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock at WM17, with a little over $1 million for them. Hogan always had a knack of exaggerating things, like bodyslamming a 700 lb Andre the Giant. I dare anybody to find me a credible source that Hulk Hogan has anywhere near $50 million.

no way he has only 11mil....think about the Hulkamania days with merchandise royalties and NWO days in WCW.....if he even invested remotely intelligently he would have wayyy more

The problem with what you're asking, and I tried to look up already, is wrestling salaries, kind of like MMA, are hard to find an accurate total. Lots of wrestlers from the days of Hulkamania have went on record stating he had to making megadollars. A million a month has been said a lot and I swear I've seen it reported on the internet. I saw a stat that Hogan made 1.5 mil for Wrestlemania 5 match with Savage. Just think about the revenue he brought in and he got a piece of the merchandise sales. You really think he wasn't clearing about 10 mil a year?

Exactly. And if Hogan Knows Best is any true indication of his personality, he's a cheap bastard. He definitely invested all that money. Plus, he only has 2 kids. He's worth a shitload of money

Hogan def worth more then 11 mill...think of all the movies he made as well..the only thing that i could see that drained his money is...his retard wifes spending...Brookes failed music career...and all his cars and houses..thats alot of maintenance...either way..hes prolly worth around 40 mill right now...

I beg to differ. There are a lot of guys out there (a few in TNA, a lot on the indys) who can hang with Angle.

I call shenanigans for even letting him in the cage without getting that fucker drained before hand. That sumbitch looked like a baseball on the side of his ear.

When I saw that thing, for a second there I was reminded of the family guy episode where Peter looks at his chin, says "how the hell did those get there," and pops his chin off and tucks it into his pants. Change chin to ear and you've got Thompson.
