Was that Bret over Flair?
Edit: Maybe Diesel over Backlund.

That was pretty weird.

Yea, Flair beat Savage at a house show in Hershey, PA in September after Flair interfered in Savage's match at SS'92 against Warrior. But yea, I don't believe it was ever shown.
But yea, the last time a title changed hands at a non-televised event was Diesel over Backlund. While there is footage, this was at a non-televised house show.

Flair's win over Savage has never been shown, and I suspect it never will.
According to Savage, Bret Hart, and Scott Hall, they had to work two matches that night to get the title change over.
Vince laid out what he wanted from the first match, and instead he got Ric Flair having the only match he ever had.
When Flair and Savage got to the back, Vince was furious and made them go out and work 8 minutes so they could have a viewable title change match, telling the live audience it was Flair's first title defense.
Since Flair couldn't do his same old routine the match was supposedly the shits, and Vince said fuck it and just took it and never showed any of it, since the plan the whole time was to use Flair as a transitional champion, then use him as enhancement talent for Curt Hennig.

Thats not quite the entire story, The reason Vince was mad was because he told them to work Savage's leg,the first time Flair didnt work enough on it, and the second time he did for a while and stoped for about 5 minutes.

I really don't care for "shoot" interviews. I find them worked more than the wrestler's matches. Scott Steiner says he never used steroids? Sid was a bigger star than Hogan? Valentine and Beefcake drew more money than any other WWF tag team? One of the only shoots I like is Terry Funk's because since he was at the very top he didn't have to lie about himself.
Couple of notes-- I find it extremely hilarious that Scott Steiner is getting a main event push because he is almost 46 and hasn't been able to work in ten years. Ironic that he shot on Flair 10 years ago on a Nitro promo where he ripped on Flair for still being a top guy and lied about Flair firing Steve Austin. Who's going to do a shoot promo on him to point out him headlining as an old broken down man?
Also, I find it amusing that some of you are hung up guys who don't want to do jobs. In a Terry Funk interview he stated he turned down a MSG match with Mick Foley because losing to him made no sense and would hurt his earning power. If you are Al Perez and you don't want to job to Sting, then yes you are an idiot for overestimating yourself. If you are Hulk Hogan and you don't want to job to somebody then in my mind, you are being smart (for the most part.) Every wrestler in history has had a problem doing jobs- if they think it against their best interests. This is one of the most cutthroat businesses out there. If you don't cover your own ass, no one else will. ( I am talking up to a certain point of course.)

I recently watched the Funk one and it wasn't a match he was supposed to present Mick with the hardcore title and proclaim him the greatest hardcore wrestler and he said he wouldn't because if he did he would not be able to claim he himself the greatest. He also said that he would have done if they did it as angle where he beats foley up and then calls him the greatest.
