im not sure if it was the amazing red, it was a few years ago and the guy i seen had a mask on but i just remember thinking, shit, you dont get guys like this on Raw

another guy who i couldnt believe when i seen him on a smaller show was jack evans

Yeah, but Styles realies on the aerial stuff alot more than Ultimo does. I wouldn't consider Ultimo's primary offense high flying, but with AJ you could make a case for it.

Depends on which one you're talking about. Jimmy Snuka was a great high flier back in the day, but probably wouldn't hold up with todays guys. Liger probably could though. Most of them knew how to add psychology in with the high spots, rather than throw them out there hap hazard like a lot of guys do today.
