I don't think they do for live shows. Post produced shows like Smackdown, I know they do.

That is, why Wrestlemania apparently had a mixed-crowd instead of pro-HHH, pro-everyone in the Flair match.

Flair v. HBK was the type of match that unless you HATE one of the guys, you could not help but want both.

The thing is as well, smackdown probably wouldnt feel so inferior to raw if it was shown live too.

Anybody know where i can watch last nights raw online? i missed it cause my girl stayed and it doesnt repeat over here until thursday.

Everything about it is hella "eh" compared to Raw.

The only time the WWE really put any effort into Smackdown was when Stephanie McMahon was the GM from 2002-03, so she made it would be the A show at the time, but it was really Paul Heyman's booking that made it so good back then.

I agree Raw is and always will be the A show , but for a while there, a couple of months ago, smackdown was probably better i.m.o.

And you must admit whether you like smackdown or not, it would definitely have a more dynamic feeling if you knew it was live. I think its kinda gay how they film it on Tuesdays and pretend that its Friday.

What also makes smackdown inferior is are the tri-brand ppvs. The World Heavyweight Title is a midcard match while the WWE Title is usually the main event.
