I've seen people with straight edge tattoos end up in rehab, in reality there are people that don't drink and do drugs but most of the time they have no clue about the whole sXe thing. However overwhelming majority of those that claim to be straight edge give it up after relatively short time, or really aren't, it's movement I can't relate to...

Punk probably used to be an alcoholic/junkie. Personally i am either completely on the drink, coke, weed, or i am completely off it, iv just got that type of personality, iv got a feeling these straight edge guys are the same, only they keep off it longer. |

I dunno man, the point i was making is, that some people (myself included) stay completely sober because they CANT drink. Because when they drink, they fall apart.
Maybe as you say, its true and his father was like that, and hes seen enough drink to last him a lifetime. |
