Here is the second and most likely video of the day. It features two ROH fan favorites, both masked men. The first is from WAY North of the Border, El Generico. A white man who seems to only be able to say "Ole" and "Si". The second is from the edge of insanity...Delirious. To explain his gimmick would take way too much time so here is the video:
