the sign guy is some douche who did a RAW fan nation commercial and spends a lot of money on following the WWE around. I read somewhere that his occupation permits this.

Although it will obviously take more than just this, step one to rebuilding the tag team would be to let them wrestle for more then 5 minutes on TV, have PPV matches and actually build up teams that arent formed up of jobbers and has beens
