BTW, I think a really strong and explosive fighter like Rampage is the answer to beating Machida. Plus, Rampage is a great counter striker.

you nailed it right on the head. up until now, fighter have had to fight machida's game plan. Have someone stay on the outside and jab away means that machida cannot use his counter style and would have to expose himself.

A tall wrestler with boxing skills ( or vice versa) would be the worst match up for him, so i'd have to pick someone like rampage or lidell at this point in time.
