yes that's lyoto's career highlight, at least youtube it and watch some pre-ufc machida, he has fought more people than heath, hoger, nak, soko and tito you know, some of his other opponents are ufc fighters now so you might even have heard of them.

and whatever people think about quinton, mauricio rua is dead, he was a prodigy but since hurting his arm very badly vs coleman he has never been the same, things have gone downhill from there and he will never be a world-beater again. by the time he fought forrest he was dead.

there'e a reason forrest wanted to fight shogun over machida and it's not just because shogun was a bigger name, it's because he doesn't want to be completely outclassed and beaten down by a guy half his size
