Brock would win because there's no way Kimbo could stop the takedown that would happen 3 seconds into the fight. Brock would take him down and just pound him out. Kimbo has no defense for it.

unless kimbo caught him w/ a hard punch w/in the first few seconds of the fight (ala randleman v crocop), lesnar would take him down very quickly and destroy him there...
