maybe I'm just naive, but I don't think Dan Mirg. intentionally stopped the fight early to protect Kimbo. I certainly agree though that sponsors and investors assuredly wanted Kimbo to win - no doubt about it.

I think that the refs were all told that they couldnt let an injury go very far, being on national tv, Cbs couldnt have a Silva Vs. Jardine type of fight shown to that many people. That being said, the show sucked balls, and I definitely wont get excited about another event from Elite XC.
