If There Was a PRIDE/UFC Show, Which Company Would Win?

Let's say there is going to be a PRIDE vs UFC show in November. Let's say you matched up the following top fighters with opponents from the same weight class in the opposing company:

Wanderlei Silva vs Chuck Liddell
Mauricio Shogun vs Babalu Sobral
Fedor Emelianenko vs Tim Sylvia
Mirko Cro Cop vs Andrei Arlovski
Tito Ortiz vs Ricardo Arona
Dan Henderson vs Rich Franklin
Denis Kang vs Nate Marquardt
Paulo Filho vs Anderson Silva
Takanori Gomi vs UFC LW Champ(Sherk or Florian)
Tatsuya Kawajiri vs Mark Hominick
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs Brandon Vera

Which company would take the most fights?

what rules and in the ring or octagon?

i think most of those fights could go either way, but i think pride would edge it out.

Takanori Gomi vs UFC LW Champ(Sherk or Florian) I think Gomi would beat Florian but lose to Sherk so not gonna count it
Tatsuya Kawajiri vs Mark Hominick
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs Brandon Vera

That makes it 8-2 Pride.
