If/when Osama is captured, he should be given a fair trial, sentenced justly and punished accordingly. While the U.S. should not condone terrorism, we must also not condone torture or inhuman punishment.

Osama is a coward and his atrocities are unforgivable, but no one deserves to die, no matter what their crimes.
