It certainly does suck.
The UFC is trying to protect their investment, and Fitch is trying to protect his name. Unless Fitch plans on leaving the UFC, I don't see why he didn't just let them use his name.
Oh well, I'm still gonna have to buy the game. Sorry guys.

It's bullshit but in no way will it stop me from getting the game. Fitch was faced with the decision and he took that choice, it is his. Unfair or not, he chose this path. I choose the path of buying the UFC game whenever I first find it.
