I never thought I would say this because I usually agree with Dana White but UFC...shame on you.

I'm fucking appauled that they would release a fucking talented fighter like Jon Fitch over a STUPID VIDEO GAME.

What if GSP, Liddell, Couture, Nog, or Lesnar had that same disput, would he have cut them? No..

One of my previous jobs I had been working for about 6 months, the owner of the company came in one day and asked me to sign a 6 page non-compete agreement. I had already signed a 2 page one when I was hired, so I asked him to give me a day to look it over and have a friend take a look at it. I really wasn't worried as they almost never hold up in court, but at the same time I wasn't about to be pressured into signing it right then. He said fine, and left. He came back in about 30 minutes later and told me to clear my desk out, along with another guy that was working with me. I had NO idea he was going to do that. If I did, I MIGHT have signed it, but maybe not, you never know.

Bottom line is, I seriously doubt he expected to be let go over this. He probably expected some sort of neogtiation, but got shitcanned instead.

Personally, I will NOT be buying the game. The reason is not Fitch, but the fact that every other UFC game sucks, so why would the next one be any different?
