Fuck the UFC, they are a bunch of Vampires sucking the blood out of people for every last drop, at least in Boxing you can make LOTS more than put up with Dana Whites stupid crap for A LIFETIME CONTRACT?

I kinda see the situation both ways but it sucks that they had to cut him so quickly.

It has nothing to do with whether or not Jon Fitch is in the game. And it has nothing to do with where people choose share their opinions about MMA. The point is to stand on principle for what we think is right. This is far from the first time Dana White and the UFC have used their leverage to all but coerce fighters into horribly one-sided contracts.
Hit them where it hurts: the bottom line. Regardless of how small the dent is in the UFC's wallet, it still matters.

You guys are childish, im gonna buy the game and enjoy it.
Im up for sticking up for the fighters, but i have to agree with at least one thing Dana said.
When your trying to build a sport you want to work with people who are gonna be part of that and help push forward, now wether he was a tad unreasonable he feels AKA are not doing that.

common guys, no need to lie. i know this is an internet forum but we all know that 95% of people who said they're not going to buy the game, are going to buy the game.

i'm in.
personally i think it should go farther, we as a community should try to help the fighters out. and the only way to do that is to hurt the company's bottom line, while at the same time making them aware of the reason why their numbers are suffering.
i would propose sending a massive petition around, signed by thousands of sherdoggers, and sent to the ufc informing them that we are taking action on the fighters' behalf, and that we object to the bullying tactics they are using. and then, follow this up with a boycott of the PPVs. if you want to watch the event, go to the bar to see it - instead of 20 or 30 or 40 buys, there is only the 1 buy for the bar itself.
the way fitch and the others are being treated is bullshit of the highest order. and all the dana-hating threads and comments are silly, they are naive - if you think dana is calling the shots on this stuff by himself, you're crazy. he is following orders. it's the company itself which is to blame, and which we should be taking issue with.
